Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with XY, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
• Pricing & Payment: All prices listed are in AED (or your local currency for international customers) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
• Returns & Exchanges: Customers must adhere to the return and exchange policies stated above. Opened perfumes are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Delivery Services: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or unforeseen delays. XY is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
• Order Refusals: XY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Intellectual Property: All website content including images, logos, product names, and designs are the intellectual property of XY and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery within UAE: 3-5 business days.
• Express delivery within UAE: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply).
• International shipping: 7-14 business days (customs duties and taxes may apply).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
• Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for mobile orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for UAE orders only.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Limitation of Liability

XY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
